Laver Cup 2025 | Inside the Chase Center: Navigating the San Francisco Venue

Laver Cup

As the Laver Cup prepares to take center stage in San Francisco in 2025, the Chase Center—home to the NBA’s Golden State Warriors—will transform into the world stage for team tennis. With its thoughtful design, layered seating plan, and hospitality-first architecture, the venue allows for smooth circulation, clear sightlines, and a seamless experience for guests across all ticket tiers. Whether you’re in the upper bowl or a courtside suite, understanding the venue’s layout is key to navigating the event with ease and maximizing your time at one of tennis’s most exciting showcases.

Vertical Movement and Circulation

The Chase Center is structured with three main levels: the 100-level main concourse, the 200-level club tier, and the 300-level upper bowl. Movement between levels is supported by a combination of escalators, elevators, and wide staircases placed at strategic intervals around the arena. The vertical design minimizes cross-floor congestion and allows guests to move directly from entry points to their seats with minimal delay.

The main concourse not only connects most of the lower bowl seating but also acts as the central artery of the building, with open corridors that lead to concessions, merchandise outlets, and restrooms. From here, guests heading to the club level or upper bowl can use escalators and elevators situated near the east and west ends of the arena. Digital monitors placed along the way reinforce signage, making it easy to confirm seating direction, match information, and lounge access.

Seating Layout and Sections

The Chase Center’s seating bowl wraps closely around the court, creating an intimate yet expansive viewing environment. At the 100 level, spectators are closest to the court, with premium sections like the Legends Club and Captains Club located along the baselines and sidelines. These lower bowl areas include both general seating and exclusive sections with lounge access and dedicated service entrances.

Just above the lower bowl sits the 200-level Club Tier, which provides mid-level seating and direct access to hospitality lounges such as the Vantage Club. This level is particularly valued for combining elevated views with premium amenities and easier access to food, restrooms, and private bars.

At the top of the arena is the 300-level upper concourse, which circles the venue and provides standard seating for general ticket holders. Although these are the highest seats in the arena, the Chase Center’s compact footprint and steep rake ensure that even upper-level views remain clear and immersive. Stairs between rows are short and easy to climb, and handrails are available throughout for added stability.

Hospitality Access and Lounge Locations

Chase Center’s hospitality is integrated directly into the seating layout, allowing premium guests to move between their seats and exclusive lounges without navigating through the main public concourse. This enhances privacy, convenience, and overall experience.

The Rocket Club, located at court level, serves guests with courtside front-row seats. These ticket holders enter through private tunnels adjacent to their seating rows, gaining immediate access to a luxury space equipped with chef-curated menus, cocktail service, and soft lounge furnishings. This proximity means they never miss a moment of the action.

Behind the team benches, the Legends Club offers a high-energy setting for premium ticket holders, with direct corridor access, lounge-style seating, and food stations just steps from the match court. The Captains Club, located in a quieter section of the lower bowl, offers a more reserved experience, with refined hospitality services and a less crowded environment ideal for networking or private viewing.

Perched along the 200-level, the Vantage Club combines sweeping views of the court with elegant design and floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Guests here enjoy easy movement between lounge and seating, along with private restrooms, full bar service, and access to exclusive programming during match breaks. These clubs are placed intentionally near their respective seating sections, reducing foot traffic and improving matchday flow.

Private suites form a ring above the lower bowl, offering an elevated line of sight and direct entry from controlled access hallways. Guests in these suites enter the building through designated VIP entrances and use private elevators to reach their level, bypassing the main arena entirely. Each suite includes private seating, climate-controlled interiors, and tailored food and beverage packages.

Concession Zones and Amenities

Food and beverage outlets are spaced throughout each level of the Chase Center, creating multiple touchpoints for fans regardless of their seating location. On the main concourse, concession stands are placed near each section, offering a wide range of cuisine—from local Bay Area favorites to traditional sports fare. Each station is clearly labeled and features large, easy-to-read digital menus.

Higher up, the club and upper concourses maintain smaller satellite stands and beverage bars, reducing the need to travel far for refreshments. These outlets are distributed evenly to minimize crowding, and additional mobile ordering stations or walk-up counters may be added during high-traffic match periods.

Restroom access is similarly well distributed. Each seating level includes multiple restrooms located at predictable intervals, with signage leading to them from every corner of the concourse. All restrooms are ADA-compliant and designed for high-volume traffic without long wait times.

Merchandise booths and pop-up fan shops are set up throughout the main and club levels, allowing guests to browse official Laver Cup apparel, souvenirs, and limited-edition memorabilia. For premium guests, exclusive merchandise may also be available within the lounges or as part of hospitality packages.

Accessibility and Guest Comfort

The Chase Center is fully accessible to guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available at every level, and companion seating is integrated into multiple sections. Elevators are equipped to accommodate mobility devices, and there are designated drop-off areas close to each main entry. Visual and auditory assistance services can be arranged with venue staff, ensuring an inclusive environment for all guests.

Enquire A Ticket

The Chase Center offers a clean, intuitive layout that supports smooth navigation from arrival to match end. Whether you’re seated courtside or in the upper tier, the venue’s vertical design, direct lounge-to-seat access, and evenly distributed services create a spectator experience that feels efficient and elevated. As the Laver Cup brings team tennis to San Francisco, the Chase Center’s clear pathways, integrated hospitality, and smart spatial organization ensure fans will spend less time navigating the arena—and more time immersed in world-class tennis.
